Characteristics to succeed in the role
We expect you to be diplomatic and empathetic with a genuine interest in our employees' development and well-being. You take responsibility for your role and work independently both towards your consultant groups and within your own team with Resource Management colleagues. Furthermore, we see that you are driven, administratively experienced, analytical, and proactive. You need to be able to make your own decisions and sometimes challenge client managers to find the best solution for the team and the client. A varied and independent job that requires commitment and accountability is something you appreciate, while also being interested in building your internal network in a consulting-oriented environment. Additionally, you are results-oriented and have a good ability to reprioritize tasks after changes.
