ABOUT THE POSITION
In the role of a sales insurance broker, you will be a key player in matching customers' needs with the best insurance solutions. You will be part of an exciting initiative where the focus is on finding new business customers through cold calls and building a strong customer base. The role requires you to be quality-conscious, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and understand what it means to work with proactive sales.
The position starts as a long-term consulting assignment through Academic Work.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks
- Guide customers through their insurance needs.
- Make cold calls to customers to find new business opportunities and offer tailored insurance solutions to completely new clients.
- Create security. Insurance can be complicated, but you make it simple and clear.
- Maintain a high level of phone activity – every call is an opportunity to help a customer and create added value.
- Work towards goals together with your colleagues.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Fluently speaks and writes Swedish and has good knowledge of English.
- Has a strong drive for sales and a passion for creating value for the customer. You see every call as an opportunity to identify needs and present the right solution.
- Is a clear and engaged person who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and towards clear goals.
- Likes it when things happen and has no problem making many calls during a workday – the phone is your primary working tool.
- Has previous experience in customer contact, e.g., in telemarketing, consulting, or another service-oriented role.
It is a plus if you have
- Previous experience in selling insurance.
