Do you want to contribute to the continued growth of Sweden's leading optical chain and at the same time help create an even better working environment for all employees in our Swedish stores? To welcome even more customers to our stores, we are now taking the next step in the development of our staffing process and are hiring another Staff Planner. About the role

For Synsam, the customer is number 1, and to meet the customer with world-class service, the right person must be in the right place at the right time. As a Staff Planner at Synsam Sweden, you will help lead the development of new working methods to enable our stores' continued growth through increased precision in our staffing planning.

You will work operationally to create optimized schedules while supporting our regional managers and our operations management with analysis and follow-up of the stores' staffing.

We are looking for someone who wants to work in a challenging and forward-leaning position as a Staff Planner, a role that consists of three main parts:

  • Creating schedules that meet the needs of the stores and contribute to good capacity and growth in our stores.

Who are we looking for?

To have the right conditions to meet the demands placed on staffing planning in a complex industry, we see it as natural that you have experience in staffing planning, preferably from a larger organization. You have previously worked on developing processes and have experience in change management. Furthermore, you have experience working with Work Force Management systems and are computer literate.

To succeed and thrive in the role, we also believe that you:

  • Are driven, responsible, and solution-oriented with the ability to drive tasks to completion.

  • Are communicative in both speech and writing, clear as a leader, and possess good pedagogical skills.

  • Build long-term relationships and have the ability to create trust in yourself and your function.

  • Want to challenge and develop effective and sustainable processes.

  • Have strong analytical skills and an interest in working from data and statistics.

  • Experience in the optical industry is an additional merit.
