Junior Administrator in Finance
Have you recently completed your education in finance? We are now looking for a meticulous and driven junior administrator for a consulting assignment with our client. Here you will have the chance to learn back-office flows from the ground up and work with complex payment processes!
ABOUT THE POSITION
In the role of financial administrator, you will be an important link in our client's operational activities. You will work at the heart of the financial flow where precision and order are key. The assignment is perfect for you who are at the beginning of your career and want to build a strong CV in banking and finance.
As a consultant at Academic Work, you will be offered a dedicated consultant manager who supports you in your professional development and ensures that you have the right conditions to succeed in your role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks
- Control and reconciliation of payment flows via the Riksbank.
- Operational liquidity management and registration of payment assignments.
- Account reconciliations and administration regarding interest changes.
- Handling of SWIFT messages and other international communication.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Have a relevant university degree in finance, economics, or a similar field.
- Have had a relevant part-time job or a short internship, but are now ready for your first real challenge after your studies.
- Have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, as you will handle international transactions (SWIFT).
We are looking for someone who is unpretentious and not afraid to ask questions when encountering new tasks. You can independently carry out simpler tasks according to instructions and thrive in an environment with clear management.
