Your Responsibilities
As an IT technician, you will be part of an engaged team of about ten people responsible for supporting and managing complex IT environments. You will work with infrastructure, databases, and networks, as well as handle incidents and coordinate efforts during outages. The role also involves assembling and configuring IT environments and close collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders. You will have a varied daily routine where problem-solving, communication, and technical expertise are at the center.

Your Profile
We are looking for someone with at least four years of experience in user support and who is accustomed to systematic troubleshooting. You have good knowledge of infrastructure and server management in both Windows and Linux environments. The role requires flexibility as the work is done in shifts and staggered hours. You enjoy working in a team, have a strong service focus, and appreciate helping both colleagues and users.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you need:

• At least four years of experience in user support
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux
• Experience with databases and storage
• Network competence
• Knowledge of Azure, Active Directory, and SCCM

Desirable
It is a plus if you have experience in incident management, operations, and setup of ERP systems, as well as knowledge of IFS, Biztalk, Print/Labelprint, and ITIL.
