Who are we?

Solgläntans Preschool is beautifully located in Lagerlunda with a large, inviting yard and proximity to green areas that invite play and exploration. We have three departments and form a joint unit with Smultronets Preschool.

Week 15 is a milestone for us – we are finally moving back after renovations to bright, fresh premises in Lagerlunda. The move back to our newly renovated premises presents a unique opportunity for us to build a modern educational environment together. We place great importance on our learning environments and see the children's curiosity as our greatest asset.

As a preschool teacher, you will have a great deal of trust to lead the teaching and shape an environment where both children and educators thrive and develop. Your responsibilities

As a preschool teacher with us, you have a central key role. You are expected to take clear responsibility for driving pedagogical quality forward and translating our visions into practical action. We value self-leadership – for us, this means that you have the ability to lead yourself in accordance with the curriculum and our common goals.

You take responsibility for the whole in your group of children and ensure that the preschool's governing documents permeate everyday life. As a leader, you are structured and action-oriented; you have the ability to go from words to action and ensure that decisions made become reality in the operations. Your leadership is characterized by clear communication, trust, and the ability to create trusting relationships with children, colleagues, and guardians through a professional approach.

Your main task is to plan, lead, and evaluate challenging teaching where every child is seen and stimulated in their learning. You use pedagogical documentation as a living and systematic tool to analyze, reflect on, and develop education together with your work team.

We believe that high quality is created together. Through active and professional teamwork, you contribute to the development of the unit. You take joint responsibility for creating a positive work climate where we support each other, share knowledge, and let joy at work take place.

Who are you?

We are looking for a licensed preschool teacher who wants to grow with us in our newly created environments. We would like you to have experience in pedagogical work with children.

As a person, you are a secure and engaged leader who acts as a positive role model in both word and action. You have the ability to spread energy and joy at work around you, and you actively contribute to an open and unpretentious work climate where you see solutions rather than obstacles.

In your professional role, you are well anchored and secure, which allows you to prioritize correctly in a busy everyday life and take natural responsibility for the whole at the preschool. We place great importance on your ability to combine professionalism with a warm and empathetic approach.

Furthermore, you are a creative person who thinks outside the box and contributes ideas and solutions to problems. You communicate verbally in a clear way and can adapt your language according to the audience.

You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of the preschool's governing documents.
