Part-time Alarm Operator

About the Position

As an alarm operator at Verisure, you become a central part of our operations. You work in our alarm center – the heart of the organization – together with about 200 dedicated colleagues. Your primary task is to create safety for our customers when an alarm is triggered. The role involves quickly analyzing alarm signals, communicating with the customer, and collaborating with colleagues as well as external actors such as the police, fire service, and ambulance. You are a vital part of the events and truly make a difference. In addition to alarm handling, customer support and answering incoming inquiries are also included.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Analyze incoming alarm signals and act based on the situation
• Have direct contact with customers to create safety and provide support
• Collaborate with colleagues and external resources such as police, fire service, and ambulance
• Handle incoming calls and provide service and support to customers
• Work closely with your team to ensure quick and accurate responses in collaboration with your colleagues.

The position is a permanent employment, and you will be placed in pleasant premises at Verisure Security Center in Linköping. To ensure you have the right prerequisites for the role, the employment begins with a mandatory alarm operator training scheduled to start on March 16.

A part-time position with us means you will work 60% with a schedule that includes morning, evening, and weekend shifts, where you primarily work every other weekend and then according to a fixed rotation during the weeks.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is empathetic, stress-resistant, and service-oriented. You have good computer skills, attention to detail, and can remain calm in pressured situations. You enjoy collaborating in a team but can also work independently when needed.

We Prefer That You Have:

• Experience from service professions
• Technical interest or experience
• Previous experience working varied hours, evenings, weekends, and nights.

Basic Requirements:

• At least 18 years old
• Full color vision
• Swedish and English in spoken and written form
• Approved background check in the criminal record and no payment remarks
