About the JobDo you love service and are looking for a fun part-time job? We are looking for a service star to join our team! In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in all our different areas in Gothenburg: office reception, information desk in shopping centers, conferences, and events. Your responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming employees and customers

  • Handling phone calls and emails

  • Contacting suppliers

  • Administrative work in systems

  • Mail and invoice handling as well as deliveries

  • Bookings and orders

  • Acting as a mood manager and taking care of both visitors and employees

  • Responsible for conference rooms and office rounds

  • Working at various events

Who are you?We know you are a true service star who is passionate about personal interactions and loves working with people. You work proactively and solution-oriented, always staying one step ahead. You are flexible and unpretentious, able to work both independently and in a team. We appreciate if you are energetic, driven, ambitious, and enjoy bringing new ideas to the table. You have previous experience in service and are familiar with the Office package, as well as being fluent in Swedish and English.

EmploymentEmployment type: On-call employment Employment degree: Varies depending on need, you may be called in at short notice on the same day as well as during planned absences and extra bookings. You can enter your availability in our scheduling app. Start: Immediately Working hours: Varying, we expect you to be adaptable based on the needs of the business and to be able to work weekdays during office hours, evenings, and weekends.
