In the Väster Primary Care Area, in addition to five health centers, there are operations at Sollefteå Hospital, emergency department, medicine, cardiology, geriatrics, rehabilitation, and neurology, as well as cross-county assignments. The county assignments include 1177 (health guide by phone), youth clinics, FBHV (Parent and Child Health Psychologists), and Child and Youth Entrance for mental health for ages 7-17 and Lifestyle Medicine Österåsen.

We are now looking for a medical secretary or a receptionist for a summer temporary position at the Health Centers in Höga Kusten.

Our health centers offer a varied job with many opportunities to gain broad experience in today's primary care. We are constantly working on development and digitalization and are always looking for innovative solutions to provide safe and secure care. Together with your colleagues, you will distribute the work within the team and strive for a positive workplace climate. Our health centers are open weekdays from 08:00 to 16:30.

The work involves:

• Welcoming patients at the reception, registering arrivals and processing payments, referring patients.
• Registering documents, receiving mail, and handling outgoing documents.
• Managing incoming matters via 1177, etc.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a trained medical secretary or similar
• Is undergoing training as a medical secretary or other relevant education.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

It is advantageous if you

• Have work experience in primary care
