Your role with us

As a Process & Performance Manager, you will have a central role in driving the organization's quality work and be an important support for management's strategic work. You will be part of a team within the development unit for Uniper's Swedish hydropower organization at Sydkraft Hydropower AB.

The main task of Process & Performance is to coordinate and optimize operations with a holistic perspective. We work with quality development through optimization and development of processes and working methods. We support the organization in creating a vibrant and strong culture for business development and continuous improvements that align with the overall strategy.

Focus areas:

• Map, analyze, and improve the organization's processes to ensure customer value and organizational efficiency.

• Support the organization's work with business development projects, e.g., in the form of the process for development projects and its decision-making form.

• Support management's work with strategy and business governance, e.g., development of the company's management process which includes work with overarching goals and strategies, development and coordination of a structure for regular follow-up and evaluation of goals and KPIs such as Performance Boards and Score Boards.

You will work on:

• Driving a process-oriented approach and process development.

• Ensuring customer focus and a holistic perspective in process and business development projects.

• Driving proactive quality development.

• Leading workshops for the development of goals and strategies, processes, problem-solving, etc.

• Leading forums for coordination and coordination of development projects.

• Project managing development initiatives.

• Educating and implementing methods such as 5S, Performance Boards / Dialogue’s, process mapping, etc.

The work is closely linked to development and understanding of strategic work as well as the ability to translate strategies into tactical and operational goals and activities.

Business trips occur both nationally and internationally. You report to the head of Process & Performance and have Ulrika Lauritzen as a leader who cares about a safe working environment and supports you on your personal and professional development journey.

Uniper is part of Sweden's critical infrastructure, and our operations are subject to regulations regarding security protection, export control, and nuclear non-proliferation. Therefore, we will conduct security assessments for all our positions and complement them with background checks for security-classified positions, in accordance with the Security Protection Act. Uniper is part of critical societal operations in Sweden, which is why this position may be subject to military placement. A health examination, including a drug test, may also be relevant before employment.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone with great curiosity and creativity and an insatiable hunger to reach even further and better! At Uniper, we work together, but you also need self-leadership and the ability to take your own initiatives and motivation to drive assignments independently, as well as enjoy and appreciate social contacts and collaboration. Analytical ability, a structured approach, and a holistic perspective are other skills required to achieve results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (at least) in engineering/economics/finance/organizational development or another relevant field for the position.

• Competence in organizational development with a focus on processes and experience and knowledge in change management.

• Several years of work experience from qualified business development where you have applied your knowledge and worked with agile project management.

• Very good language skills in Swedish and English (spoken, written, and comprehension).

• Driving license B.

Meritorious:

• Experience working as a management consultant focusing on quality or organizational development or strategy and business governance.

• Knowledge of quality concepts such as Lean or Six Sigma.

• Experience in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards using tools such as Qlik Sense, Power BI, Python, or similar.
