Your Responsibilities

In the role of Financial Support, your primary focus is to ensure that finance-related matters are handled correctly and efficiently. Your tasks may include:

• Supporting the finance department with administrative tasks
• Handling incoming inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and financial flows
• Registering, checking, and following up on financial documentation
• Collaborating with both internal departments and external parties
• Contributing to improving working methods and routines within finance and administration

The role is often contact-intensive and suits you who enjoy being the spider in the web.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who has a structured approach to work and an interest in finance, but who is primarily service-oriented and communicative. You thrive in a supportive role where you take responsibility for ensuring tasks are completed on time and with high quality.

To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:

• High school education, preferably with a focus on finance
• Experience in administrative work, preferably in finance or customer support
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others
• Good computer and system skills
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
