About the position

As a business developer, you will work closely with entrepreneurs and companies throughout Västernorrland with clear growth ambitions. Together with various specialists and through a tailored growth program, you will create conditions for companies to reach their full potential. This may involve strengthening profitability, increasing revenue, creating conditions for new hires, and taking a stronger market position.

You will be part of a creative and engaged team with diverse skills that support each other, inspire one another, and work towards common goals. We enjoy collaborating and believe in the power of thinking together.

You will be based in one of our offices in Sundsvall, Härnösand, or Örnsköldsvik. Travel is required as BizMaker has a regional mission and operates throughout the county. The position is a permanent part-time employment of 50% with good opportunities to increase working hours.

You have insight into the daily lives of small and medium-sized enterprises, experience in project management, business development, and entrepreneurship – it’s a plus if you have also been part of a growth journey in a company.

To thrive and succeed in this role, you need to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English and be comfortable working in Office 365.
