Here you will work closely with decision-makers, support strategic initiatives, and contribute to taking our business opportunities to the next level.

Your future challenge

As an administrator within the Business Development section, you will be responsible for supporting the department's daily work by organizing and driving processes forward, as well as contributing to a smooth and efficient operation. You can expect to work in a dynamic environment where the pace is high, details are important, and collaboration is central.

Your main tasks will include:

• Planning and coordinating meetings and workshops, including management meetings
• Managing communication and correspondence for the department
• Assisting with reporting and presentation materials
• Managing booking and coordination of section travels – actively participate in the travel ordering group
• Supporting the department in the process regarding advisors and partners
• Administering purchase requests via SAP within Business Development
• Other administrative tasks that support the department's operations

Who you are

We are looking for someone who has completed secondary education and has experience in administrative work. You have a strong drive, a good sense of order and tidiness, and enjoy working with people. Since you will have many points of contact, we see that you are service-oriented and have an easy time building good relationships. You are not afraid to take your own initiatives and thrive in a role where you can work independently as well as collaborate with others.

As we are a company in strong growth, we have a constantly changing everyday life. We see it as a positive if you have an interest in continuous improvement work and want to contribute to developing work processes.

To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you have a good grasp of the Microsoft Office suite and feel comfortable using the tools to streamline your work. Furthermore, it is important that you can communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing, to create clear and effective collaborations.

Your personal qualities include good communication skills, coordination ability, organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential, corporate, and defense-related information with integrity.
