The Secretary Unit is part of the Child and Adolescent Clinic in Sundsvall. We conduct an exciting and broad operation with emergency reception, day care, telephone counseling, nurse-led clinics, and doctor consultations. We meet patients both in cases of acute illness, chronic conditions, and handle investigations on referrals from, for example, outpatient care.

We are now looking for a medical secretary for our operation. The position is a full-time temporary contract for the summer of 2026. Start date is in June, according to agreement.

Medical Secretary for Child and Adolescent Medicine, Sundsvall Summer 2026

In your role as a medical secretary, dictation writing in Cosmic is included, which we prioritize. The work may also include:

• Mail handling
• Referral management
• Standard tasks for a medical secretary

With us, you work Monday to Friday approximately from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Once you are trained and self-sufficient, there is the opportunity to work remotely one day a week.

We are looking for someone who

• Is an educated medical secretary by summer 2026
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form

It is meritorious if you

• Have experience with the Cosmic journal system
• Have previous work experience in dictation writing
• Have prior experience working as an administrator
