HR Administrator Wanted
We are now looking for a service-oriented and self-driven HR Administrator to join our HR department.
With us, you will be part of a knowledgeable and committed team of over 20 people, where you play an important role in creating good conditions for daily HR work. Here you will have a varied job with many points of contact and the opportunity for a flexible work life.
Your Responsibilities
As an HR Administrator, you will have a central role in the department and work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues. Your tasks may include:
- Performing administrative tasks within the HR area
- Publishing job ads and contributing to marketing on social media
- Handling invoices and other administrative flows
- Publishing the department's information on the intranet and website
- Developing and maintaining our learning platform (for example, administration of courses and users)
- Contact and support for managers, employees, and external actors
- Coordinating the municipality's summer jobs
The workplace is located at Stadshuset Kronan, and you will report to the HR Director. There is an opportunity for remote work according to the municipality's guidelines.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- High school education as the minimum level
- At least three years of experience in administrative work
- System proficiency is a crucial part of the position. You need to have documented experience working with digital tools and have very good knowledge of the Office suite
- Experience in training, supporting, and quality-assuring digital tools/systems
- Experience in contact with internal and external actors
- Very good ability to structure, plan, and prioritize
- Very good ability to express yourself in writing. The role requires you to independently formulate clear and correct texts, such as recruitment ads, protocols, and other HR-related communication
- Driver's license B
It is advantageous if you have:
- Experience in administering digital learning platforms
- Documented experience working in HR or recruitment systems
- Post-secondary education in administration, HR, or similar that the employer deems relevant

The Municipal Executive Administration works under the municipal council and is responsible for leading, coordinating, supporting, and following up on the overall municipal operations.
In connection with the interview, we will conduct an identity check and verify citizenship. Accepted documents are Passport, International ID card, Driver's license + personal certificate from the tax authority, or other ID documents that confirm citizenship.
We welcome language skills in Finnish and/or any of the Sámi varieties as Örnsköldsvik municipality is part of both Finnish and Sámi administrative areas.
In our municipality, a number of positions are placed in security class, so a security review may take place. These positions require Swedish citizenship.
