One of our Consulting Managers is going on parental leave, and we are therefore looking for a replacement for a temporary position of at least 1 year. In the role of Consulting Manager, you have overall responsibility for a number of Bravura's consultants at our clients. You are their closest contact person and are responsible for the entire consulting journey, from hiring to termination. This includes drafting employment contracts, managing scheduling and time reporting, following up on assignments with clients, and holding regular conversations with your consultants. You handle ongoing personnel administration and ensure that everything runs smoothly in daily operations.

An important part of the role is to create the right conditions for our consultants to feel good and perform at their best. You do this by working closely with both the client and the consultant, focusing on the work environment, well-being, and engagement.

The position is based in Sundsvall, and most of your clients are located here, but you will also take over consultants in Luleå, which means you will travel there a few times a year.

You have a strong commitment, are driven by development, and enjoy seeing the results of your work. If you also have a background in sports, we see it as an extra plus, as it often provides good conditions for success and satisfaction with us.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A university degree, preferably in human resources, psychology, or labor relations

• At least one year of experience in service and customer contact

• It is an advantage if you have worked as a recruitment assistant or similar

• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

As a Consulting Manager at Bravura, you work with a coaching approach with your consultants. This means that you work to create the right conditions for them to be engaged and succeed in their assignments. Examples of tasks include:

• Ongoing contact and follow-up with Bravura's consultants

• Drafting employment contracts and time reporting

• Client follow-ups and employee conversations with consultants

• Ongoing administration and handling of terminations

• Active work with work environment, consultant satisfaction, and engagement

• Travel to our clients to meet our consultants
