Your future challenge

As a Business Continuity Manager (BCM), you ensure that BAE Systems Hägglunds can continue to deliver to our customers even during crises and disruptions.

You will be responsible for coordinating the company's work within BCM and total defense issues. The role involves ensuring that the business is prepared for crises through structured and preventive work. You are the spider in the web, have a good understanding of operations, and ensure that all departments conduct effective BCM work through follow-up and requirement setting.

You coordinate and report BCM work to the management team, owners, and international colleagues and act as a contact person towards external parties and customers. The role is cohesive and coordinating, with a focus on preparedness, follow-up, and collaboration.

You will belong to our security section.

Who you are

We are looking for someone with a background as a project manager, salesperson, experience from the Armed Forces or other authorities, and knowledge of our products and services. You have an academic education or other training within the defense sector, which gives you a good foundation to understand the requirements of the business, customers, and total defense.

You have a clear interest in process development and thrive in a role that combines coordination, requirement setting, and handling, including work with total defense and compliance issues at a high level.

You are fluent in Swedish and English in both speech and writing and have a B driver's license.
