Would you like to step in and work extra as a substitute switchboard operator when the regular staff is absent? Then you might be the one we are looking for!
About the assignment
We are looking for a switchboard operator for our client in central Härnösand. Working hours are usually Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM.
You will work extra as needed to cover for the absence of regular staff due to illness or leave. The need is variable, but we expect you to be available to work on average about 2-3 days a week. Shifts may sometimes be booked with short notice, so we prefer that you are an early riser. During holidays and summer, we have a greater need.
Before the assignment starts, we will conduct a background check.
Your tasks
Incoming calls to the switchboard
Receive documents/mail and possibly visitors in a small reception
Forward calls to the right person
Ongoing work with a computer as a working tool
Customer service and attentiveness to other people both over the phone and in person is a very important part of the job. Therefore, we see that you are attentive, pedagogical, and outgoing.
Your qualifications
Good computer skills
Completed upper secondary education
Communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing
Good knowledge of English
Be available and step in as needed at least 2-3 days/week
Meritorious:
Experience in reception/switchboard operations is an advantage
