In the Väster Primary Care Area, in addition to five health centers, there are operations at Sollefteå Hospital, emergency department, medicine, cardiology, geriatrics, rehabilitation, neurology, and county-wide assignments. The county assignments include 1177 (health guide by phone), youth clinics, FBHV (Parent and Child Health Psychologists), Child and Youth Entrance 7-17 years mental health, and Lifestyle Medicine Österåsen. We are now looking for a medical secretary or a receptionist for a summer temporary position at Kramfors Health Center.

Our health centers offer a varied job with many opportunities to gain broad experience in today's primary care. We have a holistic perspective on healthcare administrative services, and everyone shares responsibility for the whole. We are constantly working on development and digitalization and are always trying to find innovative solutions to provide safe and secure care. Together with your colleagues, you will distribute the work within the team and strive for a positive workplace climate. Our health centers are open weekdays from 08:00 to 16:30. Introduction will be conducted according to the assignment and personal preferences.

The position is a full-time summer temporary position starting from 2026-06-01 until 2026-08-16.

Temporary Receptionist for Kramfors HC, Kramfors Summer 2026

In the reception, you are our face to the public and meet and guide patients at the health center. Your work with us is very important and varied. Your tasks include:

• Administrative work - you will use the Cosmic journal system
• Reception duties
• Patient bookings/cancellations
• Mail handling

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained medical secretary, undergoing training as a medical secretary, or has another relevant education. Alternatively, has completed high school education with an administrative focus, or another focus that the employer deems equivalent
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience working in primary care
