Finance Assistant Wanted for Exciting Company in Sundsvall
Do you want to work in a company with great growth ambitions, where you will play an important role in the daily finance function and have the opportunity to develop over time? We are now looking for a meticulous and service-oriented finance assistant for an exciting company in Sundsvall, for a long-term temporary position starting immediately. ABOUT THE POSITION
As a member of the accounts payable team, you will be an important part of the finance department. The role is broad and combines both administrative and communicative tasks. The assignment is a fixed-term position until January 31, 2027, starting immediately.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks
- Reviewing and handling supplier invoices
- Rebilling of costs
- Ongoing contact with internal employees and external suppliers
- Mail handling
- Answering incoming calls to the switchboard
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has previous experience in similar tasks
- Enjoys both administrative tasks and phone contact
- Has good knowledge of both Swedish and English as it is required in daily work
It is an advantage if you have previous experience in handling incoming invoices in accounts payable.
