We are now looking for an employee for our assignment as a receptionist in Stockvik. Working with us is varied, challenging, and requires a strong personal commitment.

You will be the customer's face to the outside world, welcoming visitors, handling mail, answering the phone, making orders, checking and managing access with approved SSG training, and performing other common reception tasks.

Your background should be in reception, and it is an advantage if you have previously worked in a switchboard as this constitutes a large part of the workday. We work flexibly, and the tasks can vary. It is therefore important that you are unpretentious, open, and curious, and see it as a natural task to create a good atmosphere in the workplace.

Your main tasks will consist of:

• Managing switchboard and telephony
• Welcoming and registering visitors and customers
• Handling inquiries and orders via phone, over the counter, and email
• Taking care of conference rooms and bookings
• Refilling the coffee machine
• And more

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Express yourself well in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of switchboard telephony is an advantage
• Good knowledge of the Office suite, focusing on Excel and Word

Employment form and working hours:

Extra as needed, you will need to be available at short notice. Working hours vary, shifts are during the day.
