Responsibilities

As a production planner, you will be responsible for planning and following up on the production schedule. The role includes optimizing flows, including managing incoming orders and addressing issues in the supply chain to minimize impact on production, as well as implementing improvements.

Manage and coordinate all production orders in the production planning.

Follow up on plans and act as needed.

Confirm deliveries to customers and strive to fulfill what has been promised.

Coordinate and prioritize with all departments within the production unit.

Qualifications

- We are looking for someone who is a university student with a scientific or technical focus. Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.

- Good computer skills and the ability to handle various IT programs. Experience in planning is an advantage.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with employees at all levels.

- You need to be available for work between June 8 - July 31.
