Office Coordinator in Office Services
Are you a detail-oriented person with a proactive attitude who enjoys taking initiative? Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you! We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented office coordinator in office services for our client in Sundsvall.
The assignment is a consulting position for at least 3 months, with a good possibility of extension.
About the Position
In the role of office coordinator, you are an important part of the daily operations and serve as support in the administrative and practical work at the office. You contribute to ensuring that the office environment runs smoothly and that employees receive the service they need in their daily lives. The role suits you who are structured, responsible, and enjoy varied tasks. You will work broadly with administration, coordination, and office services, and have many internal contacts. The focus is on creating order, good service, and a pleasant working environment.

Responsibilities
- Ensure that office spaces, reception, and common areas are organized and well-maintained
- Handle basic maintenance issues and contact with suppliers
- Be responsible for purchasing office supplies and consumables
- Coordinate internal meetings and simple events
- Administrative handling related to meetings and travel
- Mail and delivery management
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, we see that you are service-oriented, communicative, and enjoy working independently. You are proactive, solution-oriented, and have a positive attitude towards change. You contribute with structure and accuracy while being flexible and helpful where needed.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Has basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and similar tools
- Has experience in reception, internal service, office administration, or a similar role
It is an advantage if you also have experience or interest in areas such as sustainability, communication, or security.

Start date: By agreement
Scope: 75-100%
Salary: Individual salary setting
