As a claims adjuster focusing on personal property, you will work in a customer-facing role managing claims related to personal property for both private and corporate clients.

Claims reports come in via phone, web, or email, and you are responsible for the entire process, from the first contact to final settlement. The work involves interpreting insurance terms, assessing entitlement to compensation, making decisions, communicating with customers, and collaborating with external parties such as suppliers and repairers.

You will handle multiple claims simultaneously and play a crucial role in ensuring a fair, efficient, and customer-oriented claims adjustment process.

In the office, you will work alongside other claims adjusters in a close and collaborative environment.

We are looking for someone with experience in claims adjustment and good insurance knowledge, preferably in property insurance and personal property. You are confident in interpreting insurance terms, making damage assessments, and communicating decisions clearly and empathetically.

As a person, you are service-oriented, structured, and responsible. You enjoy engaging with customers, even in emotionally challenging situations, and have the ability to build trust through professionalism and attentiveness.

You work independently, are solution-oriented, and can prioritize effectively when the pace is high. At the same time, you are a team player who enjoys collaborating and sharing knowledge with colleagues.

• Experience in claims adjustment
• Good insurance knowledge in property insurance
• Ability to interpret insurance terms and make independent decisions
• Good computer skills
• Completed secondary education
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Experience with personal property damage
• Experience in customer-facing case handling
