At Sundsvall Municipality's Service Center, we offer support services to the entire municipal group.

Within the Administration department, we work with services in the areas of municipal archives, office services, and internal customer service. The Administration department is tasked with providing service to the entire municipal group. Within the Customer Service section, we handle incoming calls to our switchboard and internal customer service.

We are now looking for two customer service representatives for summer temporary positions.

Your contribution as a customer service representative

As a customer service representative, you are responsible for providing good service to the municipality's internal customers, in direct meetings at the reception, via phone, and email. You will work with administrative tasks in the IT systems used in the section.

Your skills and experience

You who are applying for the position have a completed upper secondary education. Experience in the service industry is required, preferably in customer service where you have worked with delivery and reception. You have experience and interest in working with people. You are fluent in Swedish and English. You have good computer skills and find it easy to understand new software.

As a person, you have a good ability to collaborate. Since the tasks may vary, it is important that you can easily adapt to changing circumstances. You are self-driven, responsible, and service-oriented in the tasks you perform.
