We are now looking for someone to be part of our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales at our store in Kramfors. With us, service and care for people and the environment are always in focus. The employment will last through the summer months, and the position is for approximately 10-40 hours per week.

Your role as a salesperson with us

Working in the store is varied, and during a workday, you will meet customers, work at the checkout, handle stock, and restock our shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a salesperson with us, you are the face of Systembolaget. A strong team spirit, a fast pace, and pleasant encounters characterize the work with us. We learn from each other, and through development, we create results together. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

We are looking for someone who

• Is of age (20 years old) to meet customers who are allowed to shop with us.
• Has good social skills and understands how to contribute to a good customer meeting.
• Can work varying hours, from 06:00 at the earliest to 22:00 at the latest in June, July, and August.
• Enjoys collaborating and wants to help us achieve our common goals.
• Has a flexible approach, a curious mindset towards learning new things, and an interest in the opportunities that modern digital tools create.

Experience in a service role and/or with food and beverages is a merit.
