💼 Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and registering customer orders in several different systems. You will work with a wide range of consumer orders and ensure that all information is recorded correctly. An important part of the job is to handle misregistrations and deviations where you will make assessments, investigate underlying causes to some extent, and drive the cases to resolution.
The role involves very little or no direct customer contact, which means that the tasks are primarily administrative in nature. Each case requires you to delve into the details, analyze what needs to be done, and take responsibility for finding the right solution.
At the start of your employment, you will receive an introduction and training to help you feel confident in your new role.

🔍 Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
Completed high school education
You speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
Experience in administration/customer service is an advantage
In the role of administrator, it is important that you are engaged and strive to deliver high quality. You have good analytical skills and are meticulous in your work approach. The role requires you to be self-driven, take initiatives, and have the ability to adapt to changing situations and tasks.
You will work in a team where collaboration and mutual support are central, and therefore we see that you are a team player who enjoys collaborating and contributing to the group's common goals.
