💼 Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and registering customer orders in several systems. You will administer a variety of consumer orders and ensure that all information is recorded accurately. You will also handle misregistrations and deviations, with the goal of resolving these issues and keeping both customers and colleagues updated.

The work also involves regular contact with colleagues, and you will be part of a team that collaborates to find effective solutions and ensure positive customer experiences.

At the beginning of your employment, you will receive comprehensive introduction and training to feel secure in your new role.

🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Completed high school education

• You speak and write fluently in Swedish and English

• Experience in administration/customer service is an advantage

In the role of order administrator, it is important that you are engaged and strive to deliver high service and satisfied customers. You have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing, as you will be handling many different points of contact. The role requires that you are self-driven, take your own initiatives, and have the ability to adapt to changing situations and tasks.

You work in a team where collaboration and mutual support are central, and therefore we see that you are a team player who enjoys collaborating and contributing to the group's common goals.
