We are now looking for a customer and service representative for our operations in Sundsvall.

This is a varied and responsible role for those who enjoy working closely with customers, solving problems, and identifying business opportunities.

In this role, you will be an important contact person for our customers, working both operationally and in sales. You will assist when there is urgency, ensure that the right products are delivered on time, and follow up to make sure everything runs smoothly.

The role also includes a clear sales component where you work to develop business with existing customers and create new opportunities. If you have a knack for sales, there are good opportunities to focus more on the sales aspect of the job over time.

NKV Office Supplies has been selling office materials, furniture, interior design, printed materials, and cleaning and chemical products since 1975.

We are a family-owned business with eight units, from Kiruna in the north to Solna in the south.

Job responsibilities

In this role, you will have a varied daily routine where you work closely with both customers and colleagues. Your tasks will include:

• Visiting customers, following up on collaborations, and creating new business opportunities
• Ensuring that customers receive the right products, even when there is urgency
• Assisting with deliveries, special orders, and practical customer solutions
• Performing simple assembly and service at customer sites, such as furniture and coffee machines
• Keeping track of multiple ongoing cases and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
• Providing support in the store as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Driver's license B (required)
• Practical or technical understanding is a plus
