We are located in newly renovated premises in central Sundsvall.

What you will do

As a Service Agent, you will work to:

  • Meet our customers via phone and create positive customer experiences
  • Guide our customers to find solutions to their banking matters
  • Counteract digital exclusion and help our customers feel comfortable with our digital services
  • Handle everything from simple questions to more complicated customer matters

Your background and skills include:

  • Completed and approved upper secondary education
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing

It would be valuable if you also:

  • Have relevant and current work experience in customer-facing service roles, preferably within banking/finance/insurance
  • Have education in economics

Working conditions:

  • In this role, you will work on a rotating schedule with day, evening, and weekend shifts. The working hours are distributed on weekdays from 7:45 AM to 8:15 PM and on Sundays from 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM.
  • We hire both permanent and hourly employees. Permanent positions are full-time, and if you are an hourly employee, you are expected to work 30 hours per week.
  • For permanent positions, we offer a start date of May 4, 2026, and for hourly positions, we offer start dates of May 4, 2026, and June 15, 2026.
