Your new mission
The district in central Sweden, with a geographical area from Sundsvall in the north to Ludvika in the south, has both great potential and strong existing relationships. We believe that you, despite applying for the role, have an ambitious agenda and a clear vision for the next step. To succeed, you need to work empathetically and relationship-oriented. The role requires a strong business sense alongside a humble attitude regarding how important it is to succeed together - as a team.
As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
Strengthening Helly Hansen's position in Norrbotten, Västerbotten, and parts of Lapland
Building long-term, rewarding, and motivated partnerships with retailers
Conducting product and sales training in an inspiring way
Actively driving seasonal sales and working with pre-orders, statistics, and order proposals
Conducting structured customer visits with clear goals and agendas
Being a strong ambassador at trade shows, customer events, and sales meetings
We believe that you thrive in being where the action is, out in the field. The role requires a self-driven and responsible person who has the courage and confidence to make decisions on-site in meetings with customers. It is suitable to be based in Luleå, Piteå, Skellefteå, or nearby locations.
About you
You are already an experienced and naturally attentive field salesperson with a clear presence that adds value to dialogues. We expect you to know how to make a customer feel comfortable in your presence and be accustomed to working independently and structured in a larger district.
To succeed, we believe you have:
Documented experience in B2B sales with a good track record
Previous experience of traveling for work and a willingness to continue doing so
Good ability to build trust and deliver on it
Structured and results-oriented personality without losing your warm and humble demeanor
B2B experience in workwear, technical products, or retail
Strong motivation to influence your own daily life and success
