What we offer:

We are looking for a merchandiser/confectionery picker for a summer temporary position where you will be responsible for Cloetta's loose and natural candy sections in various stores in Sollefteå and the surrounding area.

The role involves working independently, meaning you will work alone in the store during your shifts. You will follow planned tasks and routines. The work is varied and takes place in different store environments, with daily contact with store staff and customers.

The work is physically demanding and involves frequent lifting of candy boxes. A hand truck is used as a tool when handling and moving pallets and products in the store.

Responsibilities:

• Stock and ensure that the loose and natural candy sections are well-stocked and present an appealing sales image
• Pick products from the store's warehouse
• Perform ongoing cleaning and maintenance of the candy sections
• Place orders for goods according to established routines
• Handle waste such as cardboard and plastic
• Act as Cloetta's representative in the store towards staff and customers

Requirements for the position:

• Category B driver's license (mandatory)
• Access to a personal car during all shifts (mandatory)
• Availability to work weekdays during daytime hours, scheduled between 08:00–17:00
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for completing tasks as planned
• Good planning skills, orderliness, and efficiency
• Flexibility and ability to handle changes with short notice
• Good physical fitness as the work involves repeated lifting and significant movement

Previous experience in grocery retail, picking, or retail work is advantageous. Introduction and training are provided before the start of the assignment.

Employment terms:

The position is a summer temporary role of approximately 25 hours per week. Training takes place during week 26 or earlier, and the work continues during week 27 and weeks 33-35. Working hours are primarily scheduled on weekdays between 08:00 and 17:00, but weekend work may occur.

The employment is covered by the Retail Agreement between Svensk Handel and the Swedish Union for Shopkeepers and Clerks (Handelsanställdas förbund).
