Purchasing Administrator - Part-time Job for Students

ABOUT THE POSITION
In the role of Purchasing Administrator, you will manage and optimize administrative processes related to purchasing, with a particular focus on utilizing the full potential of the SAP system. You will work closely with the team to ensure efficient and smooth purchasing flows.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
- Create documentation for purchase orders
- Create documentation for invoices
- Review documentation and request any necessary supplements
- Adjust and correct orders
- Ensure accurate data management in the SAP system
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Is studying at a post-secondary level at least 50% with at least 1 year left of studies
- Has good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Has a strong interest in finance
- Has good knowledge of both Swedish and English as it is required in daily work
