We are looking for a structured and organized person who works methodically to ensure that orders and deliveries are correct. You work carefully even when the pace is high and deadlines are tight. You are flexible, unpretentious, and enjoy making things happen, as well as thriving in a smaller organization where the tasks range from high to low. For you, problems are something to be solved, and you are happy to contribute with improvement and efficiency measures. You are used to working independently while also enjoying having many points of contact and collaborating with different functions.

Your responsibilities include:

· Registering, following up, and administering customer orders

· Ensuring deliveries according to agreed time and quality

· Coordinating logistics around freight and transport and having contact with transport companies

· Managing delivery notices and deviations

· Follow-up and documentation in the business system as well as ongoing administrative work

· Acting as operational support for both colleagues and management within the group.

We are looking for someone who has worked in a similar role within order & logistics management and/or delivery & transport planning. If you also have experience in the construction, land, and civil engineering industry, it is a big plus. You have very good knowledge of programs within MS Office (primarily Excel) and preferably ERP Monitor. You are fluent in Swedish and can express yourself well in both speech and writing, as well as having a good level of English. The position is full-time, and you will be employed by Gabioner Sweden AB with placement in Sundsvall.
