As a member of northern Sweden's strongest recruitment team, currently consisting of eight recruiters, you will play a central role in helping our managers find the right people to continue our journey of success.

In this high-tech and stimulating environment, you will also work with candidates from a security perspective, adding another exciting dimension to the assessment of candidates.

Your Main Responsibilities:

As a recruiter with us, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process. Your work includes:

• Creating customized requirement profiles.
• Designing and publishing job advertisements.
• Actively searching for and identifying top candidates.
• Meeting with hiring managers.
• Conducting selection and competency-based interviews.
• Performing security clearance interviews and background checks.
• Managing recruitment administration.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

Has an academic degree, preferably in human resources and labor relations or behavioral science, and several years of practical experience in recruitment. With our wide range of positions, you will recruit everything from leaders and technical specialists to buyers, welders, and production engineers. Therefore, we hope you are comfortable navigating across multiple competency areas.

You are driven, communicative, and can express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English. Your ability to collaborate and contribute positively to our team is important. We also value your analytical and structured skills, security awareness, and ability to make sound decisions. Respect and an open attitude towards others are natural for you.

What Could Give You an Advantage? Experience with search and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.

We are a company that works with defense confidentiality. There are legal requirements and requirements that our customers place on us as a company. All who are hired need to undergo and be approved in a security clearance and drug test.

The position is a permanent employment, and the place of work is Örnsköldsvik. Since security clearance interviews are an essential part of the job responsibilities and these need to be conducted on-site, the possibility of remote work is limited.
