Security Classified Consultant Assignment – Are you ready for the next challenge? We are looking for someone who has worked as a registrar or with similar tasks for at least one year!

About the assignment

In this exciting consulting assignment, you will work in a security classified environment, which means you will undergo a thorough screening. We are now looking for two registrars for an assignment with our client in Härnösand. The assignment starts on 2026-03-23 and lasts until 2026-08-14.

📍 Location: Härnösand 🧩 Number of vacancies: 2 📆 Extent: 100% 🔒 Security classification: This assignment requires an approved security clearance, including a security interview and background check.

Your tasks

You will primarily work with physical mail handling and scanning of documents. The client is in an intensive development phase where the goal is to have a completely digital document management system within the authority in a couple of years. The daily work is performed at a fast pace, and it is important that you are both driven and meticulous. As this is a mobile job, which includes some lifting, it means that the work can be physically demanding.

Your qualifications

• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent

• At least basic higher education eligibility or equivalent

• From one (1) year up to three (3) years of continuous work experience in the requested area of expertise

• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing

• Be service-oriented and have a good approach

• Be open to change and enjoy learning new things

• Have a good ability to support and collaborate

• Be flexible and quickly adapt as days vary and tasks can change rapidly

• Good computer skills
