The Unit for Production and Capacity Management is a strategic function within Region Västernorrland. We work to ensure that healthcare resources are used optimally and that the flows of care production function efficiently. In close collaboration with operations and decision-makers, we develop systems for governance, monitoring, and improvement, contributing to a sustainable healthcare structure for the entire region.

We are now looking for a Super Reviewer to join our team! In this important role, you will provide qualified support to our reviewers and be a central player in ensuring that the care purchased from external providers meets high quality standards, complies with current regulations, and meets patient needs. You will work both operationally and strategically, focusing on analysis, method development, and quality assurance.

You will have a region-wide assignment and collaborate with both internal operations and external actors. Your ability to see the big picture, work systematically, and be flexible in the moment is crucial for success in this role.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date to be agreed upon. The location of the position can be discussed, but the role has a region-wide assignment and you need to be able to work flexibly across the county's various operations.

Your main job responsibilities:

• Review how the region organizes, procures, and monitors purchased care from private healthcare providers.
• Develop and improve review methods, routines, and working practices.
• Manage complex invoice reviews and ensure correct compensation.
• Support and mentor other reviewers in complicated cases.
• Contribute to increased transparency and quality throughout the care chain.

We are looking for someone who

• Has an academic degree in healthcare, law, political science, economics, or equivalent
• Has work experience in healthcare, such as a Nurse or Care Assistant
• Has experience in supervision, monitoring, or review within care and nursing
• Has a good understanding of public administration and regulations within healthcare
