Are you a structured, pedagogical, and development-oriented administrator?

ABF, Sweden's largest study association, is now looking for a coordinator with a focus on administration and finance for our new district organization in Central Norrland. Our work aims to increase equality, democracy, and participation. We believe in learning, education, and the power of community.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a coordinating administrator with us, you will be a key person in the work of building a new team where you, together with colleagues and partners, are responsible for planning, implementing, and administering commissioned training within, among other things, the cross-union area.

Your assignment encompasses the entire process from start to finish: From planning new training programs, handling registrations, and booking leaders, to financial follow-up and optimizing workflows. You will also be responsible for monitoring developments in your area and contributing to strategic initiatives for development and continuous improvement. In this role, you will also work to ensure the quality of our training programs and coordinate initiatives that strengthen the district's overall learning and continuing education. You will also work with financial follow-up and budgeting.

The role involves close collaboration with colleagues throughout ABF as well as with our partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is self-sufficient, responsible, and expresses themselves well in both Swedish and English. Above all, you are a communicative, development-oriented team player with a pedagogical flair that allows order and clarity to lead the way.

As a person, you are unpretentious and results-oriented. You thrive with many social contacts and have the ability to quickly gain an overview to prioritize effectively. You will be the one working on the front line with our course participants and educators, representing ABF outwardly. Therefore, it is important that you have a positive attitude, see solutions, and have the ability to communicate in a clear and inclusive manner.

We believe you have several years of experience in administration and coordination. We prefer that you have experience from customer or member service and are accustomed to working together with clients, as well as experience in systematic quality work and financial follow-up. It is an advantage if you also have experience working in project form.

You are familiar with the mission of the civil society and the values of popular education. For us, it is self-evident that you share ABF's and the labor movement's values, have a high digital maturity, and can work purposefully in a dynamic work environment.
