The Secretary Unit is part of the Child and Adolescent Clinic in Sundsvall. We conduct an exciting and broad operation with emergency reception, day care, telephone counseling, nurse-led clinics, and medical consultations. We meet patients both with acute illnesses, chronic conditions, and handle investigations based on referrals from, for example, outpatient care.

Regional Child and Adolescent Medicine operates in Sundsvall, Örnsköldsvik, and Sollefteå. In Sundsvall, in addition to the child and adolescent clinic, we also have the child and adolescent ward 44, the neonatal ward 45, play therapy, SSHI, and the medical unit.

We are now looking for a medical secretary for our operation. The position is a parental leave cover for a full-time position for 1.5 years. Start date according to agreement.

In your role as a medical secretary, your main tasks will include administrative duties as well as dictation writing in Cosmic. Examples of tasks included:

• Mail handling
• Appointment books
• Referral management
• Standard tasks for a medical secretary

With us, you work Monday to Friday approximately from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Once you are trained and self-sufficient, there is an opportunity to work remotely one day a week.

We are looking for you who

• Are a trained medical secretary
• Have previous experience working as a medical secretary
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form

It is an advantage if you

• Have experience with the Cosmic journal system
• Have previous work experience in dictation writing
• Have previous experience working as an administrator
