Case Officer at the Rent and Lease Board in Sundsvall

The Rent and Lease Board in Sundsvall (hereinafter referred to as the Board) handles cases from Gävleborg, Västernorrland, and Jämtland counties. The Board is an administrative authority with adjudicative tasks and functions similarly to a court for certain disputes concerning rent, housing cooperatives, and leases. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the Board can mediate in the matter, i.e., attempt to get the parties to reach a settlement.

The Board continuously strives to develop its working methods to meet high standards of legal certainty, efficiency, transparency, and accessibility. We aim for an open and pleasant working environment where everyone's participation and accountability are valued.

The Board is co-located with the Sundsvall District Court and the Legal Aid Authority and shares a common management, budget, and administrative unit. In total, there are just over 50 employees across the three authorities, with two case officers and two rental judges working at the Board.

Do you want a meaningful job where every day feels like the most important?
