We are now looking for someone who wants to work with financial support for one of our clients in Timrå. Here you will have the opportunity to combine administration, problem-solving, and finance.

Your Responsibilities

The main task in financial support is to create good conditions for their business to be managed efficiently and to achieve the best possible customer service. The role involves responsibility for correct transactions with customers and suppliers, as well as providing support to internal and external customers and taking responsibility for meeting the customer's needs both in the short and long term, with a sustainable perspective. The position includes handling invoice inquiries, reviewing prices and agreements, and other financial administration may be added.

You will be an important part of the implementation and system change that our client is facing. Initially, it will be important for you to quickly familiarize yourself with their business.

Working hours are weekdays from 07:00 to 16:00, and the location is Timrå.

You will be employed by Clockwork and work as a consultant for our client in Timrå. The assignment is expected to start immediately and will last for at least 12 months. If it feels right for all parties, there are very good opportunities to be employed by our client.

Your Profile

To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you have experience in financial administration such as invoice handling. Furthermore, you are curious, engaged, and enjoy a service-oriented role with significant responsibility. You easily adapt to new systems and working methods, are quick with your fingers, and work solution-oriented even in a fast-paced environment.

You are a team player who spreads energy and contributes to a good working environment while also having the ability to independently drive your cases forward with both customer focus and business thinking.

Qualifications

• High school education
• Experience in financial administration
• Good knowledge of the Office suite
• Good system understanding
• Ability to analyze complex situations and see the big picture
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English

It is a plus if you have:

• Knowledge of the recycling industry
• Business-related education from a vocational school or university
• Experience in system changes
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
