In the role of accountant, you will work with ongoing accounting across the entire group. You are a structured and meticulous person who enjoys hands-on work. You work towards deadlines every month, and this requires you to be independent, responsible, and systematic. To succeed in this role, you have good communication skills, are driven, and want to develop.

Your tasks include

· Invoicing, accounts receivable and payable

· Ongoing bookkeeping

· Accruals, reconciliations, and monthly closings

· VAT and tax declarations

· Support during annual reports and declarations

· Payroll administration & time tracking

· Business monitoring & administration

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or real estate industry. You are an educated economist, at a post-secondary or university level. You are confident and have very good knowledge of programs within MSOffice (primarily Excel) and preferably the accounting systems Fortnox and Monitor.

The position is full-time, you will be employed by Kraften Invest and will be located in pleasant office premises in our own property in central Sundsvall.

Kraften Invest is a well-established investment company that long-term owns and develops businesses. The group currently consists of 8 companies primarily in the real estate, construction, and civil engineering sectors, including companies such as Kraften Fastigheter, Gabioner Sweden, Murbyggarna, and ByggMarks.
