Sundsvall Logistikpark is responsible for operations and infrastructure and has an overarching responsibility for protection, safety, environment, and working conditions within the area. In close collaboration with Sundsvall Port, you will become an important part of the work to manage, develop, and operate the Logistics Park.
We are now looking for someone who wants to contribute to the development of our operations through your expertise. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating investments and establishments within the Logistics Park through active and outreach work. You will also promote the business with the goal of increasing the freight flow in the combined terminal and contribute to the development of the existing infrastructure in the area.
How you contribute in the role of Operations Manager:
This is a broad role focused on promoting and further developing the Logistics Park. The role combines strategic development work with operational administration and coordination in daily operations.
In this role, you will work with the ongoing operations and maintenance of the business and have a central function in promoting the Logistics Park and supporting the CEO in ongoing administration. You will coordinate administrative processes, coordinate various functions, and actively participate in the management team where you contribute to the long-term development of the business.
The tasks include handling cases such as investigations and management of deviations and errors, as well as conducting compilations, calculations, and reconciliations. The role also includes financial reconciliations in Rainedance in collaboration with SC, to ensure correct customer and supplier invoices. Furthermore, you will be responsible for IT coordination, system and user administration (including for gates, access systems, and electric car chargers), act as a contact person for alarms and SOS Alarm, and be responsible for data protection and information security issues. You will follow up on energy use and participate in meetings with customers, suppliers, visitors, and relevant authorities. Additionally, you will handle other tasks within the business.
Your skills and experience:
A high school education with a focus on marketing or other relevant education is required for the role. Alternatively, you have acquired equivalent knowledge through work in similar roles. You also have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as well as experience in handling digital tools and business systems.
Meritorious:
- previous experience of similar tasks and areas of responsibility
- knowledge in transport and logistics
- education or experience in economics

You have a desire to learn new things, take responsibility for your tasks, and enjoy being involved in the development and improvement of the business. You work in a structured manner, are solution-oriented, and find it easy to collaborate with different functions and contact points.
A drug test will be conducted upon hiring, and an extract from the Police's criminal record will be requested. The position is currently not security classified but may become so in the future.
