Summer Temporary Position as a Receptionist at Driving Test in Sundsvall

Our task at Driving Test is to conduct tests in the areas of driving licenses and professional traffic. Together with your colleagues, you help ensure that every customer feels welcome, receives clear information, and has the best conditions to demonstrate their skills.

The tasks vary, and you will rotate within the team throughout the day to perform different duties. In your daily work, you will meet many different customers, so customer service and clear communication are essential parts of your job. At times, the work can be fast-paced, so you need to thrive in that environment, and you will work according to a set schedule. Working hours are Monday 08:00-18:00, Tuesday-Thursday 08:00-16:30, and Friday 08:00-15:00. Primarily, you will work in the reception with other fantastic colleagues.

Your tasks will include:

• Answering questions from customers visiting us
• Scheduling theory and driving tests in the reception
• Administering photos in connection with driving tests and license renewals
• Performing general office tasks

Summer job period: 2026-06-17 - 2026-08-07

Who are you?

As a person, you are solution-oriented and have the ability to engage in various tasks and resolve situations that arise. You possess good collaboration skills, are committed, and perform your tasks reliably. You are motivated by active participation where you take responsibility for your tasks while being mindful of how you contribute to the whole by collaborating with others.

We expect that you have:

• An ongoing KY/YH, university, or college education or have completed your education in 2025 or later
• Relevant work experience from physical customer interactions, such as reception/customer service/information desk with frequent customer contact
• Good computer skills and are accustomed to working in the Office suite
• A driver's license for a manual transmission vehicle
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of English
