About the Job
You will work with handling requests for disclosure. The tasks involve cases of various kinds, from simple and quick to more qualified types of cases where assessments need to be made based on applicable laws and regulations.
Requests for disclosure come from public actors and the general public. You will provide information from the Swedish Tax Agency's operational systems, and in some cases, you will need to conduct a confidentiality assessment.
We work in a team-based manner, which means you will work closely with your colleagues, supporting each other to complete the assignment. You will plan your own workday and drive your cases both independently and in collaboration with others. You will also receive an introduction and a mentor to assist you in your work. We have flexible working hours, and it is essential for us that you maintain a balance between work and leisure.
You will belong to the Personal Tax Division and work in Unit 1, located in Sundsvall or Östersund.
About You

You should also have:
- a current (at least 60 approved credits) or recently completed higher education of at least 180 credits in economics or law.
- Relevant work experience in interacting with people from different backgrounds via phone and email, for example from public services, agencies, insurance companies, or banks.
It is desirable if you have relevant work experience at the Swedish Tax Agency.

Good to Know
The employment is temporary from June 1 to August 31.
Due to the nature of the tasks, there is no possibility to work from home in this job.
