The Education Department is a regional operation that serves the entire healthcare system with educational support and skills development. The operation consists of various functions, including AT/BT/ST for doctors, Student Reception/VFU, Medical Libraries, and the region's three KTCs (Clinical Training Centers), and is part of the healthcare sector for Patient Safety, Development, and Research.

We are now looking for a coordinator who will work as recruitment support for doctor recruitment and skills supply of doctors across the region. You will report to the department manager and will work with skills supply issues for doctors in healthcare operations throughout the region. The position is a full-time project employment until 2027-12-31, with start date as agreed. The placement location is according to agreement but in one of the following towns: Sundsvall, Härnösand, Sollefteå, or Örnsköldsvik.

Coordinator for doctors, Education Department, Region Västernorrland Job Responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to support the unit and department managers in their short- and long-term recruitment efforts for doctors. This will involve supporting managers on-site in their operations and will therefore require travel within the region.

You will, among other things:

• Meet with managers and management teams where you set up strategies and annual plans for how each operation's doctor recruitment should look
• Serve and support in the entire ARUBA process, including interview questions, recruitment materials, advertising, and assessments of applications
• Participate in fairs

We are looking for someone who

• Is an educated HR professional or has other education deemed equivalent by the employer
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
• Has a B driver's license

It is advantageous if you

• Have work experience in recruitment
• Have experience working in healthcare
