The Education Department is a regional operation that serves the entire healthcare system with educational support and skills development. The department consists of various functions, including AT/BT/ST for doctors, Student Reception/VFU, Medical Libraries, and the region's three KTCs (Clinical Training Centers), and is part of the healthcare sector's area for Patient Safety Development and Research.

We are now looking for a coordinator who will work as recruitment support for physician recruitment and the supply of physicians across the region. You will report to the department manager and will work with supply issues for physicians in healthcare operations throughout the region. The position is a full-time project employment until 2027-12-31, with a start date according to agreement. The placement location is negotiable but will be in one of the following cities: Sundsvall, Härnösand, Sollefteå, or Örnsköldsvik.

Coordinator for physicians, Education Department, Region Västernorrland Job Responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to support the unit and department managers in their short- and long-term recruitment efforts for physicians. This will involve supporting managers on-site in their operations and will therefore require business trips within the region.

You will, among other things:

• Meet with managers and leadership teams where you set strategies and annual plans for how each department's physician recruitment should look
• Serve and support in the entire ARUBA process, including interview questions, recruitment materials, advertising, and assessments of applications
• Participate in fairs

We are looking for someone who

• Is a trained HR professional or has other education deemed equivalent by the employer
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
• Has a B driver's license

It is advantageous if you

• Have work experience in recruitment
• Have experience working in healthcare
