Your Contribution as a KMA Coordinator:

The KMA Coordinator (Quality, Environment, and Work Environment) will play an important role in ensuring our projects and that the operations comply with applicable laws, standards, and internal routines. You will be responsible for coordinating work within quality, environment, and work environment and representing the organization in various networks. The role also involves actively contributing to strengthening sustainability efforts for the collaborating companies.

The KMA Coordinator develops and implements methods that ensure and quality assure projects within electricity, fiber, and district heating. The tasks include, among others:

• Developing, implementing, and evaluating standards and training employees in applicable working methods.
• Managing deviations and performing analyses together with the organization and driving improvement measures.
• Conducting internal safety rounds, self-inspections, control plans, checklists, and inspections and reporting results to management.
• Implementing working methods that ensure sustainable projects in line with our environmental goals for a climate-neutral society.
• Supporting the organization in developing work environment plans and risk assessments within the different work areas.
• Being a support in matters related to BAS-P, BAS-U, and electrical safety instructions.
• Supporting the work of managing and documenting risks, incidents, and accidents.
• Developing and being responsible for the work around the value flow in the entire construction process.
• Being proactive in quality work and in the work with potential certifications.

The KMA Coordinator reports to the HR manager for Sundsvall Elnät and Servanet and collaborates with leading functions within all three companies. The role involves close cooperation with units in the value flow, work leaders, HR, safety representatives, and external actors.

Your Competence and Experience:

Requirements for the Position:

• Education in KMA at the academic level or vocational college, or equivalent several years of work experience.
• Driving license B.

Meritorious:

• Experience in sustainability work.
• Knowledge of certification processes.
• Experience in project management.
• Experience in KMA work, preferably within energy or infrastructure.
• Experience with electrical safety instructions (ESA).
• Knowledge of legislation and standards in the field.

To succeed in the role, you need to be structured, responsible, and self-driven. The work requires clear accountability as well as the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize effectively.

You have good collaboration skills and understand the value of working together with colleagues within and between different units. You see how your own contribution affects the whole and contributes to common goals.

The role requires a strategic approach with a focus on long-term goals, and you are rule-conscious and work in accordance with applicable guidelines and processes.
