About the job

As a business developer, you will work to drive and develop operations in a variety of areas. It is an outward-facing position where you organize practical arrangements for conducting courses, study circles, and cultural activities based on needs and interests. A large part of the work also involves managing contacts with partner organizations and creating contacts with new organizations and associations. The focus will be on the areas of disability rights and rural development.

Your tasks will include:

• independently planning and organizing courses, study circles, and cultural activities,
• designing training and facilitating groups,
• maintaining good and sustainable relationships with our partners,
• recruiting, supporting, and developing circle leaders,
• administering operations in our database Gustav

Your profile

We are looking for someone who at least has a high school diploma, has experience in popular education, and has previously worked with process management. Of course, you share SV's values regarding equal rights and dignity for all.

You need to have good basic computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new programs and technology. The position involves some travel throughout the county and therefore requires a driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. To succeed in this role, you need to be proactive, take initiative, and actively seek challenges. No day is the same, and you need to enjoy various types of tasks and be able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

You have good collaboration skills with an unpretentious focus on the common goal and can adapt to find win-win solutions. Furthermore, you are outgoing and socially active, have an easy time creating new relationships, and possess good communication skills in both spoken and written form. The job may involve some problem-solving, and you need to be able to quickly resolve issues without losing sight of long-term strategies.

Location: Kramfors, alternatively Örnsköldsvik.

Extent: 100%. Temporary position for about one year with a possible extension. We apply a probationary period.

Job start: By agreement, preferably as soon as possible.

The employment is covered by a collective agreement.
