BAE Systems Hägglunds in Örnsköldsvik is in an expansive phase due to extensive billion-dollar deals.

We therefore need to expand our Industry Collaboration department!

Your future challenge

You will be responsible for the follow-up and reporting of our industry collaboration projects. The position includes many different contact points, which will give you a broad network both internally and externally with customers and suppliers. Industry Collaboration is a unit within Operations and Supply Chain.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Responsible for creating good relationships to contribute to the further development of the company's successful work with industry collaboration.
• Responsible for our internal and external reporting as well as monitoring the fulfillment of commitments from suppliers and towards customers.

Suitable qualifications include:

• Purchasing or economic education and/or professional experience in similar roles.
• Experience in financial monitoring and financial reporting.
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Good knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Good planning skills.
• We work in the SAP business system; experience with this system is desirable.
• The job requires an understanding of other cultures.
